Phara Proof – Cement-Based Crystalline Waterproof Insulation

Phara Proof is a high-performance, cement-based insulating material designed to completely stop water penetration through concrete and mortar.

Unlike traditional paints that just form a surface film, Phara Proof works by chemical reaction. It reacts with calcium carbonate in cement to produce calcium silicate crystals that fill voids and capillaries in concrete and mortar, creating a deep, permanent barrier against water seepage.

The material penetrates the isolated structure to a depth of about 0.5 – 0.9 cm, making this thickness itself a shield against water penetration, not just the surface coat.

How to Apply:

1. Surface Prep: Clean surface from dust, sands, grease, oils, wood/metal slabs, or old paint. Splash surface very well with water 5 minutes before painting, especially in summer.
2. Mixing & Painting: Mix 14-16 liters of potable water with 20 kg Phara Proof in a clean container [mechanical mixing recommended]. Apply 2 perpendicular coats using a suitable brush. Leave surface for 24 hours to complete the chemical reaction.

Important: Ready to use – no additives needed. In hot summer weather, fine hair cracks may appear after first/second coat – this does not affect isolation if application instructions are followed carefully.
